XBet.ag
XBet is an offshore sportsbook and casino that takes American customers without a state licence. Facts and risks.
Offshore; not licensed in any US state
This brand is not licensed in the markets we cover (or only in part of them), so it has no Wayfinder Score. If you play there, you do not get the protections a local licence brings: limits, self-exclusion and a regulator to complain to.

What it is
XBet is the sister site of MyBookie and shares much of its odds and casino content. It takes bets from Americans from outside the country, with deposits mostly in cryptocurrency. The .ag ending belongs to Antigua and Barbuda.
It should not be confused with 1xBet or with other brands that use a similar name.
Licence status
XBet holds no licence from any US state and none in the markets we cover (US, UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Portugal, South Africa and Ontario). Several state regulators have sent offshore books cease-and-desist letters since 2024.
A foreign licence gives a US customer no route to a state regulator.
What to know
With an offshore book there is no regulator to complain to and no guarantee that customer funds are kept apart from company money. Most US states now have licensed sportsbooks, and those are the ones we review.
We do not link to or score offshore operators.
