Licence and background
WSOP Online is the internet poker room tied to the world's best-known tournament series. In the US it runs only in states that have legalised online poker, each under its own licence, and players from those states share tables. In Ontario it operates on the regulated provincial market.
The WSOP brand was bought in 2024 by an investor group linked to GGPoker.
What you get
Cash games and a full tournament schedule, with official bracelet events played online during the summer series. Each state market is separate, so the number of players depends on where you are.
The software checks your location before you can play.
Our take
The natural choice for poker players in the states where it is licensed, especially during the series. Players elsewhere need a room licensed where they live.
