Licence and background
Tipp24 was founded in 1999 and is one of the oldest names in German online lottery. It belongs to ZEAL Network, the Hamburg group that also owns Lotto24. Since 2019 it has again worked as a licensed broker, passing customers' tickets to the German state lottery companies.
You need to live in Germany to open an account.
What you get
Tickets for the main German draws, syndicates, subscriptions and automatic prize notification. Winnings are paid to your account, and large prizes are handled with the state lottery. The broker adds a handling fee to the ticket price.
Instant-win games are offered alongside the draws.
Our take
A convenient, legal way to play the German lotteries online. The fee makes it slightly dearer than buying direct from a state lottery site, so compare if you play every week.
