NordicBet was founded in 2002 and bought by Betsson in 2012. It is aimed squarely at Nordic bettors, with deep coverage of ice hockey, football and winter sports and sponsorship of local leagues. In Sweden and Denmark it operates under national licences.
English-language searches come mostly from Scandinavians abroad.
Availability
NordicBet holds no licence in the markets we cover (US, UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Portugal, South Africa and Ontario) and registers only residents of the countries it serves.
Betsson serves Ontario through its Betsafe brand.
Worth knowing
For residents of Sweden and Denmark it is a regular licensed operator covered by the national self-exclusion registers.
