CSGOEmpire
CSGOEmpire is a site where users gamble Counter-Strike skins on roulette, coinflip and esports bets. It holds no gambling licence.
Unlicensed skin gambling site
This brand is not licensed in the markets we cover (or only in part of them), so it has no Wayfinder Score. If you play there, you do not get the protections a local licence brings: limits, self-exclusion and a regulator to complain to.

How it works
On CSGOEmpire users swap skins or cryptocurrency for site coins, then play roulette and coinflip or bet on esports matches. Winnings are withdrawn as skins traded between users, and those skins have real value on secondary markets. In practice it works as a casino.
The site has run since 2016 and is one of the best known of its kind.
Licence status
CSGOEmpire holds no gambling licence in the markets we cover (US, UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Portugal, South Africa and Ontario). In Great Britain, the Gambling Commission treats betting with items that can be cashed out as gambling that needs a licence. Valve forbids the use of Steam accounts for gambling.
Sign-up runs through a Steam account, so age limits are easy to get round.
Advice for parents
Check the purchase history on your child's Steam account and switch on Family View and Steam Guard. Explain that the wins shown in videos are frequently sponsored. In the UK, the National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133.
