BUSR
BUSR is an offshore horse racing, sports betting and casino site aimed at Americans. It holds no state licence. Facts and risks.
Offshore; not licensed in any US state
This brand is not licensed in the markets we cover (or only in part of them), so it has no Wayfinder Score. If you play there, you do not get the protections a local licence brings: limits, self-exclusion and a regulator to complain to.

What it is
BUSR grew out of a horse racing site called US Racing and takes American customers without a licence from any US state. Besides racing it has a sportsbook and a casino. The .ag ending belongs to Antigua and Barbuda.
It advertises heavily around the big US races such as the Kentucky Derby.
Licence status
BUSR holds no licence from any US state and none in the markets we cover (US, UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Portugal, South Africa and Ontario). Licensed advance-deposit wagering services offer racing bets legally in most states.
A foreign licence gives a US customer no route to a state regulator.
What to know
With an offshore site there is no regulator to complain to and no guarantee that customer funds are kept apart from company money.
We do not link to or score offshore operators.
