Bracco

Bracco is a US social sportsbook and casino that runs on the sweepstakes model with virtual coins. How it works and where it is restricted.

US sweepstakes model, not a gambling licence

This brand is not licensed in the markets we cover (or only in part of them), so it has no Wayfinder Score. If you play there, you do not get the protections a local licence brings: limits, self-exclusion and a regulator to complain to.

How it works

Bracco applies the sweepstakes pattern to sports as well as casino games. Users make picks on real matches and play slots with coins that have no cash value, and receive a second currency that can be redeemed for prizes once a minimum is reached.

The site states that no purchase is needed to obtain coins, which is what keeps the model outside gambling law in most states.

Where it stands

Bracco holds no gambling licence in the markets we cover (US, UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Portugal, South Africa and Ontario). Its own list excludes states including California, New York, New Jersey, Michigan and Nevada, and more states have moved to restrict the model.

It is not open to residents of the UK or Europe.

What to know

It feels like a sportsbook, and coin purchases add up quickly. There are no state-mandated limits, no statewide self-exclusion and no gaming regulator to complain to.

We do not score sweepstakes sites.
