Bodog
Bodog is a betting, casino and poker brand founded in 1994 and long associated with Canada and Latin America. It holds no licence in our markets.
Offshore; not registered in Ontario
This brand is not licensed in the markets we cover (or only in part of them), so it has no Wayfinder Score. If you play there, you do not get the protections a local licence brings: limits, self-exclusion and a regulator to complain to.

What it is
Bodog was founded in 1994 by the Canadian entrepreneur Calvin Ayre and became one of the best-known names of early online gambling. The brand left the US market in 2011, where Bovada took its place, and today serves Canada and Latin America from offshore.
Its poker room shares players with Bovada and Ignition.
Licence status
Bodog does not appear in iGaming Ontario's directory of regulated sites. It holds no licence in the markets we cover (US, UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Portugal, South Africa and Ontario).
Without a local licence there is no self-exclusion scheme, no mandated limits and no dispute body to turn to.
What to know
A famous name and a long history are not a licence. Ontario residents have dozens of regulated sites to choose from.
