BetUS
BetUS is an offshore sportsbook and casino that has served American bettors since the 1990s. It holds no US state licence. What that means.
Not licensed in any market we cover
This brand is not licensed in the markets we cover (or only in part of them), so it has no Wayfinder Score. If you play there, you do not get the protections a local licence brings: limits, self-exclusion and a regulator to complain to.

What it is
BetUS has taken bets from Americans since 1994, which makes it one of the oldest offshore sportsbooks still operating. It is run from Costa Rica and is known for large deposit bonuses and its own sports media programmes. It offers a sportsbook, a racebook and a casino.
Despite the name, it has never been licensed by a US state.
Licence status
BetUS holds no licence in the markets we cover (US, UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Portugal, South Africa and Ontario). State regulators have stepped up action against offshore books since 2024, and the site's availability by state changes.
In every state with legal sports betting there are licensed alternatives.
What to know
Large bonuses come with rollover requirements that few customers complete. With an offshore book there is no regulator to complain to and no guarantee that balances are kept separate from company funds.
We do not score operators outside our markets.
