Licence and background
Betsafe launched in 2006 and was bought by the Swedish group Betsson in 2011. It is the brand Betsson uses in Ontario, where it is registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission and operates under iGaming Ontario, and it is a leading name in the Baltic states.
It no longer runs a British site and does not take customers from Great Britain.
