Licence and background
Bacana Play runs on the SkillOnNet platform, the technology company behind PlayOJO, and was created for Portuguese-speaking markets. In Portugal it operates at bacanaplay.pt under a licence from the national regulator, the SRIJ.
Registration requires a Portuguese tax number, and the account is covered by the national self-exclusion register.
What you get
A casino-only site with slots from many studios and a live casino, presented in a bright, informal style. Promotions follow Portuguese rules.
There is no sportsbook. The international address bacanaplay.com is a separate site and is not the licensed Portuguese one.
Our take
A straightforward licensed casino for players in Portugal. The game range is good, though bettors and poker players will need another operator.
